Born and raised in South Eastern Idaho and having lived here all of my life, I can truly call this place HOME. I love this area with the Rocky Mountains and all the recreational opportunities, plus the four seasons and the changes that come with it. Being in a smaller community where you meet people who become lifelong friends, is something you just can't put a value on. The cost of living is so affordable, and you get so much more home for the money here. That said, I obtained my real estate license in 2008, because helping people realize their home ownership dreams and having them make those memories become a reality, is my dream too... From my very 1st sale I've loved seeing my client’s excitement as they purchase what will be their most important investment, a place they call home. I don't take that responsibility lightly as residential real estate is very emotional and it seems like I buy and sell each and every home I'm involved in... As I mentioned we live in a smaller community and I enjoy how my clients become friends, just another reason I love what I do. Courtney Ralphs was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho. She attended Pocatello High School and Idaho State University where she received a Bachelor's degree in 2017. She married her high school sweetheart and together they have 2 sons. Before starting her career in real estate she worked in the financial industry and was able to gain useful knowledge in that realm of business. She started her career in Real Estate in 2022 and was thrilled to be able to join the Seymour Real Estate Team and learn from some of the best in the business.
